Crash Analysis - A critical tool for those new! ✅ Completed
The crash analysis has been a great tool for us to be able to look at relapses and acting out and determine when and how to best be on guard.
This is so necessary. It helps when you can review it with an accountability partner. It’s been a crucial component for my journey in recovery
Recovery has a long road. Many battles to deal and conquer through. Having the crash analysis is the best way to track one’s progress. I request to have the crash analysis installed into the server has it was in the previous version of the system. Thank you.
If you can’t learn from your mistakes and analyze what you were doing wrong you are doomed to repeat your mistakes over and over again and learn nothing. I want this more than the Sword dril!
One of the most important parts of recovery is to learn from our falls, the crash analysis painted a picture of where I was failing and how I kept repeating certain behaviors that by avoiding I was able to regain some control over my life. This is highly importante for recovery!
The Crash Analysis is actually located within the FASTER Scale tool. Just tap the wrench icon to access the Tools page, then click “Open Tool” under the FASTER Scale. Inside the FASTER Scale, you’ll be able to:
- Report Days in Freedom
- Track Relapse Patterns (Crash Analysis)
- Submit Check-ins
